Okay.. got the set down to a very solid, much tighter..

10 minutes

Hell yes. That feels much better. I’ve gotta tighten up a few things here and there, as there’s still a few parts I forget for more than a second (which is a comedic performance eternity) but I think I’ll get those ironed out very soon.

Hell, I’ve got to. Ain’t got much time left.

All in all, though, I feel good about it. I just hope I’ll be allowed to do all 10 minutes of my act, cause I haven’t set myself up for being cutoff early. Perhaps I’ll time some people before I go up and check out their average times. Also, gotta ask the booking manager how much time he plans to give me – supposing I’m doing really well.

Okay, that’s my update. It’s been a crazy hectic stressful weekend for me but I can see a light at the end of the tunnel and it is feeling good.
