Rev. Mitcz’s (delayed) FOF
Yeah, okay, so I neglected to make a FOF article for this past Friday. I had it written up, I just… didn’t post it. I guess I forgot. Silly me. I’m keeping with my hope of getting at least one article for every section (except for “In Response..” since there’s nothing to respond to, yet). Therefore, I present to you the things that have made me angry, annoyed, bothered, or just wanna yell “Ah! Fuck off, already!” this week…
Prototype Ballot for 2004 Election
This being the first “FunnyMF” entry, I wanted to post an idea I’ve had for a few months now. Seeing as how I really don’t enjoy that Bush asshole, and apparently I’m in the majority on that one. His approval rating is at an all-time low. So, to that end, I’ve drawn up my own suggestion for what the 2004 presidential election ballot should look like. I present to you.. my prototype.
House of 1000 Corpses
I don’t know about you, but personally I’d been waiting for this movie for a very long time. Even before the first trailer hit the usual trailer download sites, I’d already heard many years’ worth of rumor-mongering. After all, this would be a movie from, about, and for the lover of cult-classic horror flicks. No one who’s entire career has been based upon horror movie and cult-classic flicks could make a film that was anything less than a tribute to those very things, right? Well, I can finally say I have the answer.
Oh no! It’s the SARS Monster! EveryBody Panic!
I held back writing this article, originally, because I figured within a few months SARS would be just about eradicated and then I’d have a time-sensitive article lying around in the AMF archives. It might look silly a year or two from now. I’m not so concerned with that now, though, because most of what I’ll be talking about in this article will be focusing more on the paranoia surrounding the disease. And, paranoia my friend, is timeless.
Ahh… how I can relate
This might just be the propaganda machine churning into overtime. But you’ve gotta love it when Yahoo! Entertainment news actually writes:
