Musical Erection

Although I’ve heard much about them, I’d never been given the chance to actually hear Phil Anselmo’s new project (with Hank Williams III) SuperJoint Ritual. But, my god, it’s on the radio right now… I’m in fucking love.

Finally, a semi-new band (even if it is just a new project, with seasoned musicians) that I’m actually excited about. I’m gonna have to pick up their album "Lethal Dose of American Hatred" sometime this week. Helluva name for an album.. ahh Phil, he never disappoints.

Yeah, it’s a musical erection, people.

Had I known this earlier, I may have been able to catch their show at House of Blus, Anaheim. That’s… tonight. Crazy. I’m like a mile away from HOB, and I just found out. Cruel world, indeed.
